Meat
- 150g ground pork
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe container. Add ground pork and gently mix without overworking.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
While still warm, stir and break the pork into crumbly soboro texture.
