INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g daikon radish
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 180ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the yellowtail into thirds, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 10 minutes, rinse lightly with water, and pat dry with paper towels.
Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 7mm thick pieces.
Place the daikon and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Drain the water.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) to the container, mix well, add the yellowtail, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 8 minutes until the yellowtail is cooked through.
