INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐄 100g sliced beef
- 150g firm tofu
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Combined Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Toppings
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
ÉTAPES
Massage the beef with sake and soy sauce in a bowl.
Cut the tofu into quarters and slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Mix the combined sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place half the tofu and green onion on a heatproof dish lined with parchment paper, layer half the beef on top, and repeat for a second portion. Pour the sauce evenly over both portions and wrap them.
Microwave at 600W for 5–7 minutes, then let it steam for 2 minutes.
Serve on plates and optionally top with onsen eggs.
