Coating
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp salad oil

- Tonkatsu sauce to taste
ÉTAPES
Mix breadcrumbs and salad oil in a container, microwave at 600W for 1 minute, then stir.
Season pork slices with salt and pepper, then knead potato starch into the pork. Divide into three portions and shape into firm balls.
Flatten the pork balls and coat them with the breadcrumb mixture. Place them on a heat-resistant plate lined with thick kitchen paper, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with tonkatsu sauce.
