Coating

- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
ÉTAPES
Season the sardines with salt and pepper. Crack the egg into a bowl and mix.
Combine parsley, breadcrumbs, and grated cheese in another bowl.
Coat the sardines in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add the sardines and cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until done. Serve on a plate.
