ÉTAPES
Season the pork slices with salt and pepper.
Stack 8 slices of pork, wrap with plastic wrap, and lightly press both sides to flatten evenly.
Coat the pork stacks in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs, shaping them neatly.
Heat salad oil to 180°C and fry the coated pork stacks for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Slice into bite-sized pieces, plate, and serve with tonkatsu sauce and mustard as desired.
