Tofu
- 200g firm tofu
Seasoned Minced Meat
- 100g mixed ground meat
- 1 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Vegetables
- 70g green onions
Toppings
- Shredded green onion tops, as needed
ÉTAPES
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Mix ground meat with soy sauce, sugar, mirin, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the seasoned minced meat until browned.
Add the tofu and sliced green onions to the pan and gently mix.
Cover the pan and let it steam for 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve with shredded green onion tops as garnish.
