- 80g minced pork
Vegetables
- 100g chopped komatsuna
Noodles
- 20g mung bean glass noodles
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced pork and spread it out in the pan. Let it sear before breaking it into smaller pieces.
Add chopped komatsuna and stir-fry until slightly wilted.
Add glass noodles, grated ginger, sake, salt, and water to the pan. Stir well.
Simmer for 5 minutes or until the noodles are tender and the flavors are well combined.
