- 8 sheets seaweed
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥕 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 sheets thin fish cake
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧂 to taste salt
- sufficient cooking oil
- 4 strips pickled radish
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Mustard Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp apple vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Julienne the fish cake and stir-fry it with cooking oil.
Julienne 2 carrots and stir-fry them with cooking oil and 2 tsp salt.
Beat 3 eggs with 1/2 tsp salt, cook thin omelets, and julienne them.
Cut the pickled radish into quarters lengthwise.
Mix 2 cups of cooked rice with 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and 1 tsp salt.
Cut the seaweed sheets in half for easier rolling. Place julienned carrots generously and ensure the rice seals the roll.
Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, 2 tbsp apple vinegar, 1/2 tbsp mustard, and 1 tsp minced garlic for the mustard sauce.
