- 🍄 2 handfuls mini king oyster mushrooms
- 🧈 10g butter
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Clean the mini king oyster mushrooms by trimming the ends and rinsing them quickly under running water. Drain well to avoid water absorption.
Melt 10g of butter in a frying pan over low heat.
Add 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic to the pan and sauté over low heat to create garlic-infused oil.
Add the cleaned mushrooms to the pan and stir gently to coat them in the garlic butter. Cook over medium heat.
Once the mushrooms are lightly coated, add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir to combine. Cook until the mushrooms absorb the sauce.
Push the mushrooms to one side of the pan. Add 0.3 tbsp of soy sauce to the empty side and let it sizzle briefly before mixing it with the mushrooms.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds over the mushrooms. Mix well.
