Main Ingredients
- 🍄 20 mini king oyster mushrooms
- 🥦 A small amount of broccoli
- 🧄 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 green chili
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut larger mini king oyster mushrooms in half and slice garlic thinly.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to prepare the sauce.
Blanch the mushrooms briefly in boiling water.
Blanch the broccoli briefly in boiling water.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry sliced garlic over high heat.
Add blanched mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until they release moisture.
Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Add blanched broccoli and sliced green chili, stir-fry briefly to combine.
Serve hot with rice or enjoy as a standalone dish.
