Dry Ingredients
- 150g pancake mix
- 1 tbsp pure cocoa powder
Wet Ingredients
- 120g silken tofu
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧈 10g melted unsalted butter
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a bowl, whisk the tofu until smooth. Add sugar and melted butter, and mix well.
Add pancake mix to the bowl and fold gently with a spatula to create the plain batter.
Transfer 1/3 of the plain batter to another bowl. Sift in cocoa powder and add milk, mixing until combined to create the cocoa batter.
Fill a piping bag with plain batter and cocoa batter side by side vertically. Pipe swirls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, creating 6 pieces.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
