INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧀 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 🥛 ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup quick cooking oats
- 🥚 1 large egg
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound ground beef
Sauce
- ⅔ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons prepared mustard
ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, stir together cheese, milk, oats, egg, and salt. Mix in ground beef until well combined.
Form the mixture into 8 mini meatloaves and place them in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread the mixture over each mini meatloaf.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes until an instant-read thermometer reads at least 160°F (72°C).
