- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan and fry the mini pork cutlets until golden brown.
Remove the cutlets and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Pour the sauce into the pan and simmer the cutlets until the sauce thickens and coats them evenly.
