ÉTAPES
Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Cut off the top and bottom ends of the mini tomatoes and remove the seeds.
Mix the cream cheese, milk, grated cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe it into the hollowed mini tomatoes. Arrange on a plate and garnish with Italian parsley.
