INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 300g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍅 12 mini tomatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Dry Ingredients
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Flour for dusting
Liquid Ingredients
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 💧 100cc water
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp consomme
- 1 bay leaf
ÉTAPES
Remove stems from mini tomatoes. Mince onion and microwave in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W. Cool. Slice garlic thinly after removing its core.
Soak breadcrumbs in milk. In a separate bowl, mix ground pork, salt, pepper, and soaked breadcrumbs until sticky. Add minced onion and mix well.
Dust mini tomatoes lightly with flour. Take 1/12 of the pork mixture, place a tomato on top, and wrap it to form a ball. Repeat for all 12 tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat, turning to brown evenly.
Add garlic and sauce ingredients to the pan. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
