- 🐖 300g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 4 potatoes (500g), peeled and chopped
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, chopped
Canned Goods
- 🌽 4 tbsp canned corn
Seasonings
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 💧 400ml water
Toppings
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 🧈 15g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Soak the potatoes in water and drain.
Heat 20g of butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté the pork until its color changes.
Add the potatoes, carrots, and onion to the pot and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam, add consomme powder, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Gradually dissolve miso paste into the pot and mix well. Add canned corn and simmer briefly.
Serve in bowls, garnish with black pepper, chopped green onion, and top with 15g of butter.
