INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 2 leaves (160g) cabbage
- 1/2 stalk green onion
Condiments
- 15g salted butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onion thinly at an angle. Drain the canned mackerel.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bean sprouts, cabbage, and green onion, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until coated in oil.
Add the canned mackerel and the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, water). Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, add butter and miso, and dissolve while stirring. Bring to a boil again and mix everything thoroughly.
