- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 1 tsp salad oil
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken and miso sauce ingredients into a plastic bag, massage to coat, and seal the bag while removing air. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Lightly remove excess miso sauce from the chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned.
Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
