- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, minced
- 5 shiso leaves, minced

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion and shiso leaves.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced green onion, shiso leaves, miso, and mayonnaise until sticky. Divide into 6 portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked.
