INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 150g beef tripe
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves (80g)
- 🌱 100g bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Condiments
- To taste pickled ginger
Miso Sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add beef tripe, and cook for 10 minutes. Wash thoroughly and drain.
Return the beef tripe to the pot, add water to cover, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
Cut the beef tripe into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Place steamed Chinese noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Remove wrap and loosen noodles.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add beef tripe, and stir-fry until browned. Add cabbage and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add loosened noodles and bean sprouts to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then pour in miso sauce and mix until evenly coated.
Serve on a plate and garnish with pickled ginger.
