INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (160g) mackerel
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (green part)
- 🌰 1 piece ginger, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 50cc sake
- 💧 100cc water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Cut the green onion into thirds and thinly slice the ginger.
Make two cuts on the skin side of the mackerel fillets. Place the mackerel in a heatproof container, pour boiling water over it, mix, and then discard the water. Rinse the mackerel under cold water to remove impurities and pat dry.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, water, sugar, soy sauce, miso) in the inner pot of the rice cooker.
Add the mackerel, green onion, and ginger to the rice cooker. Press the cook button and let it simmer until done.
