INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 1 can (190g) miso-simmered mackerel
Vegetables
- 150g daikon radish, sliced
- 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
Liquid
- 400ml water
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
Spices
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon radish into quarter slices and then into 5mm thick pieces. Thinly slice the green onion diagonally.
In a pot, bring water and daikon radish to a boil. Simmer on medium heat for 4–5 minutes. Add the mackerel can, including its juices, and gently break apart the fish while stirring.
Once the edges of the pot start bubbling, add soy sauce, grated ginger, and green onion. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
