- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), sliced thinly
- 2 cabbage leaves (160g), chopped
Seasoning
- 2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 3 tbsp miso paste
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the carrot thinly and chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add water, dashi powder, and carrot. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the carrot softens.
Add the mackerel and cabbage to the pot. Cook until the cabbage becomes tender. Dissolve the miso paste into the soup and stop heating just before boiling.
