Tofu
- 🍥 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 2 myoga (Japanese ginger), thinly sliced
- 10g salted wakame, rinsed and chopped
Seasonings
- 1/4 tsp dashi granules
- 2 tbsp miso paste
Liquids
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the myoga.
Rinse the salted wakame to remove excess salt, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, bring water and dashi granules to a boil. Tear the tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot.
Add the wakame to the pot and bring to a gentle boil. Stir in the miso paste until fully dissolved.
Add the sliced myoga and heat until warmed through.
