INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 40g sliced carrot
- 1/3 bunch chives
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 2 tbsp miso
Liquid
- 💧 400cc water
ÉTAPES
Cut the shiitake mushrooms: remove the stems, halve the stems lengthwise, and quarter the caps. Slice the carrot thinly and cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the pork.
Once the pork changes color, add shiitake mushrooms and carrot. Stir briefly, then add dashi powder and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes while skimming off any foam.
Dissolve miso into the soup, add chives, and simmer briefly.
