Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Tsukune Mixture
- 150g ground chicken
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Mix all the ingredients for the tsukune mixture in a bowl and divide into 7 portions. Shape into patties.
Mix all the ingredients for the miso sauce in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook until browned on one side.
Flip the patties, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the miso sauce to the pan and coat the patties evenly. Serve hot.
