Dango Dough
- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 💧 1 paper cup water
Mitarashi Sauce
- 🍬 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp mirin
- 0.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Mix glutinous rice flour and water to form a dough.
Shape the dough into small round balls.
Boil the dough balls in hot water until they float.
Transfer the boiled dango to cold water to cool.
Prepare the mitarashi sauce by mixing sugar, soy sauce, mirin, cornstarch, and water.
Skewer the cooled dango and lightly grill them in a frying pan.
Drizzle the mitarashi sauce over the grilled dango.
