- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦐 1.5 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch mitsuba
Liquids
- 💧 sufficient water to cook rice
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- 🧂 1/2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the mitsuba into bite-sized pieces after removing the roots.
In the rice cooker bowl, add the soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, salt, soy sauce), and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and level the rice. Spread the dried sakura shrimp evenly on top and start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, add the mitsuba and let it steam for about 5 minutes. Gently mix everything together before serving.
