- 🥚 1 egg
- 50g mixed beans
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consommé powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Crack the egg into a bowl, add grated cheese, and mix to create the egg mixture.
Heat a pot over medium heat and add the consommé, salt, pepper, and water. Bring to a boil and add the mixed beans.
Once boiling again, slowly pour in the egg mixture. Let the egg set and then turn off the heat.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
