INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bamboo shoot (boiled)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) of warm cooked rice
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Oils
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Slice the bamboo shoot thinly and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add the bamboo shoot and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes over medium heat.
Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, and dashi powder) and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
In a container, combine the warm cooked rice with the stir-fried mixture. Mix well and top with chopped green onion to serve.
