INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 50g pork belly shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🌱 5cm grated daikon
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a pinch
Staple
- 🍜 1 serving udon noodles
Condiments
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A pinch of yuzu pepper

- 💧 150ml cold water
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot and cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Cool the noodles in ice water and drain well.
Add sake to the remaining hot water from the udon and bring to a boil. Add the pork slices and cook until their color changes. Drain the pork.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and cold water to create the dipping sauce.
Plate the udon noodles and pour the sauce over them. Top with grated daikon, pork slices, boiled egg, yuzu pepper, and chopped green onion.
