INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🐚 200g clams
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 1 chili, deseeded
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Liquids
- 50cc sake
Seasonings
- 🧈 5g salted butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Place clams in a tray with 300cc water and 2 tsp salt. Cover with a breathable cloth and leave in a dark place for 1 hour. Drain water. Rub clams together in a bowl of water to clean thoroughly.
Cut mizuna into 4cm pieces. Slice garlic thinly. Remove chili stem and seeds.
In a frying pan, spread mizuna evenly. Add clams, garlic, chili, and sake. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until clams open.
Add butter, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
