Vegetables
- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki, rehydrated
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried hijiki in plenty of water and drain well. Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces after removing the root ends.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (ground white sesame, men tsuyu, vinegar, sesame oil). Add the mizuna and hijiki, then toss to combine.
