INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag mizuna
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
Meat
- 150g pork belly slices
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
Topping
- 1 packet bonito flakes
ÉTAPES
Cut mizuna into 3–4cm lengths and julienne the cucumber.
In a pot, combine sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water. Bring to a boil.
Add pork slices and simmer on low heat until cooked through.
Add mizuna and half the bonito flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes on low heat.
Serve in a dish, topped with cucumber and remaining bonito flakes.
