Vegetables
- 70g mizuna, chopped into 3cm pieces
- 1 tbsp dried wakame, rehydrated
- 20g jarred Zha Cai, roughly chopped
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the mizuna into 3cm pieces and discard the root ends. Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain. Roughly chop the Zha Cai using kitchen scissors.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
