INGRÉDIENTS
Wrapper
- 12 dumpling wrappers
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetable
- 5 cabbage leaves
- Chopped green onions, as needed
Liquid
- 100cc water
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
Seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
ÉTAPES
Place 1 cabbage leaf on a flat surface, layer with 1/4 of the pork belly, and top with 3 dumpling wrappers. Repeat this layering process 4 times, finishing with a cabbage leaf on top. Cut the layered stack into 4cm wide pieces.
Mix water and chicken stock powder in a pot.
Arrange the layered pieces in the pot, sprinkle cooking sake over them, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the pork is fully cooked. Garnish with chopped green onions.
