ÉTAPES
Prepare all the ingredients.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.

Mix until no dry ingredients are visible, then chill the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 20g portions.
Roll each portion into a ball.
Coat each dough ball generously with powdered sugar.
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet, leaving enough space between them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.
