INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🥕 1 carrot, chopped
- 🧅 2 green onions, chopped
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🌾 1-2 tbsp flour
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Chop the onion, carrot, and green onions. Optionally, add chopped chili for extra spice.
Finely mince the chicken breasts using a knife.
Add minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the chicken mixture.
Crack two eggs into the mixture and mix well.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of flour to the mixture and mix until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
Heat a frying pan with oil and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with dipping sauce made of soy sauce, vinegar (5:1 ratio), and chopped onion and chili.
