Chocolate Cake Sheet
- 225g all-purpose flour
- 250g sugar
- 78g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 8g baking soda
- 4g baking powder
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 180ml milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 130ml warm water
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Cream
- 🧈 200g butter
- 140g cream cheese
- 60g cocoa powder
- 280g powdered sugar
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
ÉTAPES
Sift the cocoa powder to remove lumps.
Mix milk and lemon juice and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Combine flour, sugar, sifted cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
Add the milk-lemon mixture, warm water, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix on low speed for 10 minutes.
Divide the batter into two prepared 1-ho size pans or use a rice cooker with butter-flour coating.
Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes or cook in the rice cooker for 3 cycles. Slice cooled cake into 1.5cm layers.
Whip softened butter and cream cheese for 5 minutes until fluffy.
Add powdered sugar and mix on low speed until combined.
Add sifted cocoa powder and mix on low speed. Finish with 3 tbsp milk.
Layer and frost the cake slices with the prepared cream.
Decorate the cake and dust with cocoa powder. Chill before serving.
