INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 150g sliced pork
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 40g wood ear mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the wood ear mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add wood ear mushrooms and seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, soy sauce) and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Push the ingredients to one side of the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the empty side and cook until semi-set. Mix the eggs with the other ingredients, plate, and garnish with chopped green onions.
