- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
- 2 bunches mitsuba
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Remove the tendon from the chicken tenders and make diagonal cuts. Cut mitsuba into 3 cm pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, soy sauce, wasabi, and sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Place bean sprouts and chicken in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Once cooled, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add mitsuba and the mixed seasoning, then toss together.
