INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Dairy
- 🥛 100 ml milk
- 🧀 To taste pizza cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10 g salted butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp consomme
Toppings
- To taste breadcrumbs
- 🌿 A pinch of Italian parsley
ÉTAPES
Slice the potato into 5mm slices and soak in water. Drain. Cut the onion and carrot into small bite-sized pieces.
Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Layer the potato, carrot, bacon, and onion in a large microwave-safe mug. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Remove the wrap and add the butter, flour, and consomme. Mix well until the flour is fully incorporated. Gradually add the milk, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Remove the wrap, stir, and microwave again for 30 seconds. Stir once more to ensure the sauce is smooth.
Top with pizza cheese and breadcrumbs. Place the mug in a toaster oven and bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Garnish with Italian parsley and serve.
