- 1 head aged kimchi
- 🧅 2 onions
- 4 green onions

- 1.5 lbs pork neck
Seasonings
- 1 liter hot water
- 🧂 1 tsp pepper
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
ÉTAPES
Place 1 head of aged kimchi in a deep frying pan and sauté for 1 minute. Add 1 liter of hot water and bring to a boil.
Score 1.5 lbs of pork neck and season with 1 tsp of pepper to remove any odor.
Once the kimchi starts boiling, place the pork neck between the kimchi leaves.
Add 2 tbsp of minced garlic and continue boiling. Then, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and simmer further.
Cut 2 onions and 4 green onions into appropriate sizes. Add them along with 1 tsp of chili powder and simmer until fully cooked.
