INGRÉDIENTS
Mushrooms
- 🍄 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms
- 🍄 1/2 bag enoki mushrooms
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of enoki mushrooms and cut them in half lengthwise.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the mushrooms and continue stir-frying.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, water) and simmer while stirring until the liquid is absorbed. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
