- 200g ground beef
- 15 stalks enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 3cm chopped green onion
- 🧅 1/5 chopped onion
- 1 chopped shiitake mushroom
- 🥕 1.5cm chopped carrot
Seasoning
- 1 tsp baby soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tsp pear juice
- 🧅 1/5 grated onion
- 🧄 1 grated garlic clove
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients. Chop vegetables finely and clean mushrooms.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, sesame oil, pear juice, grated onion, and grated garlic.
Combine the ground beef, chopped vegetables, and seasoning in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Wrap the enoki mushrooms with the beef mixture to form patties.
Heat a pan with olive oil on low heat and cook the patties, turning occasionally.
Add a small amount of water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 1 minute.
