INGRÉDIENTS
Mushrooms
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 🍄 50g maitake mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- A dash of black pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
ÉTAPES
Trim the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half. Separate the root part. Trim the shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Slice the shiitake caps and stems thinly. Separate the maitake mushrooms.
Spread aluminum foil and place half of each type of mushroom in the center. Sprinkle half the salt and place half the butter on top. Wrap the foil tightly. Repeat to make two packages.
Place the foil packages in a pan with 1cm of water. Heat on medium until boiling, then cover and steam on low-medium heat for 8 minutes.
Serve the foil packages on plates, open them, sprinkle black pepper, drizzle soy sauce evenly, and garnish with lemon wedges.
