INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 300g tofu
- 60g ground pork
- 60g shiitake mushrooms
- 60g maitake mushrooms
- 60g shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 20g chopped green onion
- A pinch of grated ginger
- 🧄 A pinch of minced garlic
Seasoning
- 300cc water
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
Thickening
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
Finishing
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
Heat a pan and sauté ground pork until browned.
Add shiitake, maitake, and shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add green onion, ginger, and garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, and chicken stock powder. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Add tofu cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Gradually add to the pan while stirring to thicken the sauce.
Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and serve hot.
