- 130g mustard greens
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salted kombu
ÉTAPES
Cut the mustard greens into 3cm pieces.
Place mustard greens and bean sprouts in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
In a separate bowl, mix all the seasonings (☆). Add the vegetables and mix well.
