Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (230g) chicken thigh
- 🥔 5 small new potatoes (120g)
- 🌱 3 green beans
- 2 tsp salad oil
Chicken Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
ÉTAPES
Wash the new potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them diagonally in half.
Remove excess fat from the chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix sake, soy sauce, and grated garlic in a bowl, add the chicken, and marinate for 10 minutes. Add flour and mix well.
Place the new potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Wipe off excess oil, add the green beans, and sauté briefly. Add the new potatoes and sauté quickly. Add the seasoning mixture and stir until evenly coated.
